- Order Entry Button Bar: The top of the Order Entry main dashboard contains a button bar with the following buttons:
- New Order: Click this button to open a new Orders record.
- New Membership: Click this button to launch the Membership Enrollment wizard. See the "Using the New Membership Enrollment Wizard" section in the " Placing Orders for Subscription and Dues Products " chapter of the Aptify 5.5 Subscription & and Dues Management Guide for for details.
- New Payment: Click this button to open a new Payments record.
- New Customer: Click this button to open a new Persons record to add a new person to Aptify.
- Recent Customer Records: This instance of the Most Recently Used control provides quick access to recently viewed Persons and Companies records as well as Persons and Companies views.See the "Most Recently Used Dashboard" section in the " Desktop " chapter of the Aptify 5.5 User Guide for for details.
- Open Tasks: A list view that displays incomplete tasks that are assigned to the current user's Employees record (that is assigned tasks that are less than 100% complete). Note that this view is collapsed by default but a user can expand and collapse dashboard parts as needed using the caption button (click the plus sign to expand and the minus sign to collapse).
- My Orders Today: This list view displays the orders created today by the current user.
- Payments Made Today: A list view of Payments added to Aptify today. Note that this view is collapsed by default but a user can expand and collapse dashboard parts as needed using the caption button (click the plus sign to expand and the minus sign to collapse).
- Product Sales over One Year: A chart view that displays the total number of units sold for each product over the last year. Note that this view is collapsed by default but a user can expand and collapse dashboard parts as needed using the caption button (click the plus sign to expand and the minus sign to collapse).
