  1. Create or open a view of the Orders service that contains the order that you want to mark as shipped.
  2. Click the Shipping tab.
  3. Place a check mark in Select the Drop Ship box option.

  4. Complete or edit the other fields on the Shipping tab, as necessary.
  5. Save the order.
  6. In the Summary area of the Orders record, change the Order Status from Taken to Shipped.

    • Aptify prompts you to confirm that all of the items in the order have shipped.

  7. Click Yes to confirm that all items have shipped.
  8. Close the Orders record.
