What to Do If the Update Does Not Install Correctly
Applying the AptifyAsyncProcessor.exe Update
Running the Update Utility for US ZIP Codes The following instructions provide a step-by-step guide for the installation of Aptify 5.5 to a system that already has installed one of the following versions of Aptify:
- Aptify 5.0
- Aptify 5.0 Service Pack 1
- Aptify 5.0 Service Pack 2
- Aptify 5.0 Service Pack 3

If Aptify is not currently installed on your server, there are two options to install Aptify 5.5 and both approaches result in a database server running Aptify 5.5. The preferred approach is to use the Aptify 5.5 Full Setup program. An alternative approach involves installing the Aptify 5.0 Full Setup and then applying the Aptify 5.5 Service Pack Installer. If the Aptify 5.5 Full Setup is unavailable, install Aptify 5.0 Full Setup and then apply the Aptify 5.5 Service Pack Installer. As of July 2012, the Aptify 5.5 Full Setup is not available, but will be available before the end of 2012. |
