On a particular order, the Order Entry system will only calculate the shipping charge for those products that have the Include In Shipping Calc. option selected.
Follow these steps to indicate that a product should be included in the shipping charge calculation:
- Open a new or existing Products record.
- For a new product, complete all necessary fields before saving the record. See the Aptify 5.5 Product Setup and Maintenance Guide for more information on creating new products.

- Click the Inventory tab.
- On the General sub-tab, select the Include in Shipping Calc. option. Including a Product in Shipping –Calculations
- Save the Products record.
