- Open the report file in Crystal Reports or Visual Studio and make any changes as necessary.

- Double-click to open your report's Object Repository Objects record.
- Click the file icon to the right of the Local Filename field.
Updating an Object File
- Within the Select File dialog, select the updated report file and click Open.
- Save the Object Repository Objects record to update the version of the file stored in the Object Repository.
- The current date and time appear in the Updated field. Note that the Object Repository uses Universal Time (UTC).

- Close the Object Repository Objects record.
- Right-click within the Object Repository Administration dashboard and select Refresh Objects from the pop-up menu.
- Right-click your report's Objects record in the Object Repository Administration - dashboard and select Download Object from the pop-up menu.
- Use the Report wizard to launch the report to confirm that the system is using the report's latest version.
- If the system is still using the old report version, close and reopen Aptify. The persisting report is most likely due to system caching.
