Once you have configured Aptify with your Twilio account information (see Configuring a Twilio Accounts Record and and Configuring a Twilio Numbers Record for for details), you can start sending text text messages using Aptify bulk messaging functionality from both the Aptify web interface and Desktop and Webclient.

Follow the steps below to activate the Twilio Message Systems record.
- Log into Aptify Desktop interface as an administrator user.
- Go to the Message Systems service.
- This service is found under the Framework and Message Administration services.
- This service is found under the Framework and Message Administration services.
- Open the Twilio SMS record.
- On the General tab, check select the Active check box.
- Go to the Attributes tab and open the TwilioAccountsRecordID record.
- Enter the ID of your Twilio Accounts record.
- You must create a Twilio Accounts record first. See Configuring a Twilio Accounts Record for for more details.

- Save and close the Message Systems record.
