However, in some situations, such as if the same person has multiple roles within a committee term, an organization may want to add a member more than once to the same Committee Term.
In this case, a user can enable select the Allow Duplicate Members option on a Committee Terms record. Once this option is selected, duplicate members can be added to that committee term.
To allow duplicate members for a specific committee term, place a check mark in select the Allow Duplicate Members box option on the Committee Term's General tab and then save and close the record.
