- Open the Campaigns record, if not already opened.
- Click Discounts tab.
- On the Products sub-tab, click the New icon to open a Campaign Products record.
- Enter a product whose price you want to discount for this campaign in the Product field.
- Select the type of discount in the Type field.
- Discount: An amount off the product's price (on the order this will be converted to a percentage off the original price).
- Discount %: A percentage off the product's price. Note that if using Discount %, the discount type applies to all orders placed for the campaign, independent of the order's Currency Type and the Currency Type field is disabled.
- Amount: The specified amount replaces the product's price (on the order this will be converted to a percentage off the original price).
- If you selected Discount or Amount in the Type field, select the Currency Type for the discount.
- The Currency Type field defaults to your organization's functional currency. You can modify the currency type as needed to base your discount in a different currency.

- Depending on the type of discount selected in the previous field, enter the amount off the original price, the percentage off the original price, or the new amount for the product in the appropriate field.
- Enter the type of customer who is eligible to receive the specified discounted rate in the Member Type field.
As of Aptify 5.5.1, you can apply a product discount to the group of sub-members for the defined Member Type by selecting the Include Sub-Member Types option.
- Click OK to add the record to the campaign's Discounts > Products sub-tab.
- Create additional Campaign Products record, as necessary, to create a matrix of products and member types.
- Each product may have multiple records, one per Member Type per currency type, since different member types can have different discount rates for a particular product and currency type.
- Save and close the Campaigns record when finished.
