- Within the Crystal Reports viewer, select a format type from the drop down list located to the left of the Export icon on the Crystal Reports toolbar.

- You may need to expand or maximize the report in order to view the Export option.

- Browse to the network location where you want to store the file and enter a file name. Export Report Dialog
- Click Save to export the report.
