  • Allow Price Override: Select this option to allow every employee of the organization to override the prices of all products with any amount. If this option is selected, it overrides any selections on the individual Product records or Employees records.
     
  • Allow Price Selection: Select this option to allow every employee of the organization to select a price from a product-specific list during order entry. If this option is selected, it overrides any selections on the individual Product records or Employees records.
     
  • Allow Free: Select this option to allow every employee to specify a price of 0.00 for all products during order entry. If this option is selected, it overrides any selections on the individual Product records or Employees records.
     
  • Allow Related Product Prompt Close: Select this option to allow every employee of the organization to close the Related Product prompt during order entry. If this option is not selected, employees cannot close the Related Product Prompt that may appear on the order form without adding the related product as a line item to the order, selecting a different order line on the same order, or closing the order.
     
  • Allow Prerequisites Override: If this option is selected, it overrides any selections on the individual Employees records. See the General Product Setup chapter of the Aptify Product Setup and Administration Guide Managing Basic Products for more details.

If you select one of the first three options at the Organization level, the selection of the same field at the Employees and Products level is ignored. Therefore, if you want to configure these options on an employee-by-employee basis or on a product-by-product basis, you should not select them at the Organizations level.
