Install the Crystal Report Runtime: Crystal Reports Runtime should be installed during the Aptify installation. If it does not install, you can install it manually from the Data > OtherSetups directory in the Aptify setup. Select and install either the 32 or 64-bit version, depending on your server.
Move the asp_client Folder: When Crystal Reports Runtime is installed, it is typically installed under the Default Website. If you have installed Aptify outside the Default Website, you may need to move the folder so that it resides in the same site.
