Follow these steps to clone an existing record:

Record cloning is not recommended for complex records such as Entities and Form Templates. |
- Open an existing record in any service.
- Click the Clone button in the data control bar.
- A copy of the existing record appears with an ID of -1.
- A copy of the existing record appears with an ID of -1.
- Make any necessary changes to the cloned record and save the record.
