When a user works with filters in the Find dialog and views, Aptify can automatically populate the filter's Value field with a suggested value list of the first 100 possible values that exist in the database. However, in some situations, this feature may not be valueable valuable or decrease the performance of the system. Therefore, Aptify allows an administrator to configure this behavior on a global or per-entity basis. This behavior is controlled by two entity attributes for the Entities entity (found on the Configuration > Attributes tab):
