If multiple dashboards are available for the same application, the user may switch between the dashboards by clicking the Switch Dashboard button available on the top-right side of the dashboard.

• In the example below, the Customer Management and Customer Service Dashboard dashboards are available for this user.

• The dashboard you selected appears on the screen.
• You can set the required dashboard as default by clicking the 'Set as default' button .
• Users can select from dashboards for all applications, including those not currently available in the Applications tab.
• If you do not have permission to access an application, an error message appears if you select its dashboard. 
• The web interface does not attempt to load the application for the selected dashboard.

If multiple dashboards are available for the same application, the user may switch between dashboards from the Options context menu.

1. Click the Options... link in the upper-right hand corner of the default dashboard.
2. On the context menu, select Switch Dashboard. 
   
   • The menu lists all of the application's dashboards that are available to the user. 
     
     
     
     
3. Select the dashboard you want from the sub-menu. 
   
   • The dashboard you selected will appear on screen.
