Renewing a Subscription or a Membership
This topic describes the two methods for renewing a subscription or membership:
- Subscription Renewal Wizard: Organizations can generate and send renewal notices to customers/members by using the Subscription Renewal Wizard to generate quotation orders and invoices to notify them that they need to renew a subscription that will expire soon.
- Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: Using Aptify's Standing Orders technology, a customer/member requests automatic renewal and automatic billing for subscriptions or membership dues.
