This service stores the set of survey methods that are available from the Case Survey Method drop-down list on the Cases form. Each record corresponds to a method used to survey customers concerning how a case was handled by the organization.

Name (required)
The name of the Case Survey Methods.
Description (required)
A description of the Case Survey Methods.
Rank
Specifies the rank of a survey method relative to other survey methods. The available results are shown in rank order from lowest to highest in the Case Survey Method drop‑down field on the Cases form.
