1. Open the HTML5 Web Service Application record located in Web services Application.
   
   
   
2. Navigate to the Service Application Authentication Providers Tab.
   
   
   
3. If Web User is not already in the list of Authentication Providers, create a new subtype record for Web Users.
   
   
   
4. Save the Service Application record.
   
   
   
5. Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager, navigate to the Aptify Services API, and choose IIS Authentication.
   
   
   
   

6. Ensure that Anonymous Authentication is Enabled and all other methods are Disabled.
   

    

7. Restart the site containing the Aptify Services API.
