In Aptify, an organization can track information about an individual's job functions in the Persons record. Running reports on this information could help to target advertising and other promotional efforts for the organization.

Follow these steps to indicate a person's job functions:

  1. Open the Persons record and select the Functions tab.

  2. Select the person's primary job function from the Primary Function drop-down list.

  3. If the person performs additional functions, select and modify the functions directly in the grid as needed. Follow these steps:

  4. When finished specifying function information, save the Persons record.
