This service stores the records that have been recently accessed by each user. The system displays the information from these records in the Most Recently Used dashboard part.

Keep in mind the following when administering the Entity Most Recently Used List records:

• The system creates these records automatically for entities that have the Enable Most Recently Used option cleared on their Configuration tab.
• A user only sees those records for which he or she is the specified User.
• When a user clears the Most Recently Used dashboard part, the system automatically deletes that user's Entity Most Recently Used List records.
  
  

Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Entity Most Recently Used List record.

General Tab

User (Required)

The user who accessed the entity record specified by the Entity and Record fields. This field links to the Users service.

Entity (Required)

This field displays the entity to which the specified record belongs. This field links to the Entities service. Taken together, the Entity and Record fields identify a record in the system that has recently been accessed by the user.

Record (Required)

This field displays the record ID for the record that has recently been accessed by the user. This field is used in conjunction with the Entity field to identify a specific system record.

Date Time Accessed

Stores the date and time when the record (identified by the Entity and Record fields) was last accessed by the specified user.

Type

Specifies the type of action performed by the user when he or she last accessed the record. The following options appear in the drop-down list:

• Open: This selection indicates that the user opened the record.
• Update: This selection indicates that the user updated the record.
• Delete: This type is reserved for future use and is not currently implemented. This selection is intended to indicate that the user deleted the record.
