Creating Contact Log Types

Contact Log Types specify how a customer/member was contacted. Typical types include Voicemail, email, and Phone.

Follow these steps to add additional types:

  1. Open a new record from the Contact Log Types service, which is located in the Administration – CRM application.
  2. Enter the type's name in the Name field.
  3. Enter a description of the type in the Description field.
  4. Specify an Icon, if desired, to display for contact log entries of this type. This field is reserved for future use.
  5. Save and close the record.
