Capturing Payments

Organizations can use Aptify ePayment functionality to handle payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, purchasing cards, electronic checks, and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions. This functionality has the capability to use various gateway providers. For example, the standard Aptify installation includes support for PayPal Payflow Pro.

Regardless of what third-party processing vendor an organization uses, the process for completing a transaction is the same: the order is taken, an authorization code is obtained, and if approved, the payment is captured either automatically or manually.
