Using the Find Dialog

Aptify provides a Find dialog that users can use to search for records within a particular service. A Find dialog can be opened from many different locations within Aptify including a view's toolbar, a Link Box or within a record itself to search for other records in that particular service. In addition, Aptify provides two different search types; basic (for searches based on a record's Name or ID) and advanced (for finds that require additional search criteria).
In Aptify the basic Find Dialog is the default search option for all services with Aptify. However, an administrator can modify these settings as needed. See Setting the Find Search Type Attributes for more information.
