Use the Course Enrollment Types record to connect relevant enrollment types to a Courses record.

Access the Course Enrollment Types record from the Courses service by right-clicking the Enrollment Types tab and selecting New. A window displays.

Comments Tab

Enter any comments relating to this enrollment type.

Course Materials Tab

The Course Materials tab maintains a list of materials associated with the course. To add a Course Materials item, right-click in the gray area on the tab and select New. The Course Materials window displays.

Note that Course Materials records are for informational purposes only and do not drive additional system functionality by default.

Comments Tab

Enter any comments on the course materials.

General Tab

Product (Required)

Enter the product name that is course material.

Quantity

Enter the quantity of the product that each student needs. The default is one.

% of Revenue

Enter the percent of revenue that this course material product represents. The default is zero.

Included In Course Price

Select the option if the product is included in the price of the course. Otherwise, clear the option. By default, the option is selected. Note that this option is for informational purposes only and does not drive additional system functionality by default.

Is Required

Select the option if the student must have the course material. Otherwise, clear the option. By default, the option is selected. Note that this field is for informational purposes only and does not drive additional system functionality by default.

General Tab

Enrollment Type (Required)

Enter the enrollment type associated with this course. Use the Find feature or click the Enrollment Type link to create a new Enrollment Types record. Refer to About the Enrollment Types Form for information about the Enrollment Types form.

Price (Required)

This is a legacy field required for backward compatibility with previous releases of Aptify Education Management. Leave this at zero or you can enter a price for tracking purposes only. Students are charged a price based on the Prices configured in a class's corresponding Products record.

Product

Enter the product associated with this course.
