Configuring the Run Entity Bulk Operation Action Type

The Run Entity Bulk Operation action type runs a specified entity bulk operation.

See Configuring Entity Bulk Operations for information on how to create entity bulk operations.

 

Perform the following steps to configure the Run Entity Bulk Operation action type:

  1. From the General tab on the Button Properties form, select Run Entity Bulk Operation in the Action Type field.
  2. Select the Action Properties tab.
  3. Enter a bulk operation in the Bulk Operation field.
  4. In the View field, enter the view that contains the records on which to run the selected bulk operation.

  5. Click OK to save the button.
