Configuring the Preview Report Action Type

The Preview Report action type launches an Aptify report in a new window.

Perform the following steps to configure a Preview Report action type:

1. From the General Tab on the Button Properties form, select Preview Report in the Action Type field.
2. Select the Action Properties tab.
3. In the Service field, enter the service associated with the report to display.
4. In the View field, enter the view that contains the records to display in the report.
5. Select the report to display from the Report drop-down list, which contains those reports associated with the selected service.
6. Click OK to save the button.
