Filtering by Course Part Name to View the Answer Analysis Chart Report

The Answer Analysis Chart (Course Part Prompt) view provides the ability to filter the Answer Analysis Chart Report by course part name. The Answer Analysis Chart Report shows the data in two ways: in a bar chart showing the number of incorrect and correct answers for each question in an exam for a course part (Chart tab), and in a table with a row for each question in an exam for a course part, with a listing of how many students gave each answer (Summary Data tab).

Perform the following steps to filter by name of the course part when viewing the Answer Analysis Chart Report:

1. In the LMS Reporting Details service of the Education application, open the LMS Shared Views folder.
2. Click the Answer Analysis Chart (Course Part Prompt) icon. A prompt dialog displays.
3. To view Answer Analysis Chart Report data for a single course part, enter all or part of the name of the course part in the Course Part Contains field and proceed to Step 5.
4. To view all Answer Analysis Chart Report data, clear the default value from the Course Part Begins With field.
5. Click OK to run the report.
