Using Messaging Tools

Messaging is a mail merge process that generates a personalized email message for transmission to multiple recipients. Users can create mass mailings that incorporate personalized information such as the customer's name, address, company, and so on.

The messaging icon appears in the view toolbar and on the Display Window context menu for views based in the Persons, Companies, Organizations, Employees, Orders, and Campaign List Detail services.
