Best Practices for Monthly Subscription or Membership Product

The following table can be used to enter the correct amount in a cancellation order or the Cancellation wizard, or when ordering a portion of a subscription product that is a monthly subscription based on one year (12 issues). To cancel or order a specific number of issues, locate the number of issues to order or cancel in the far left column. Then, determine which type of order process is being performed (manual cancellation, cancellation wizard, or ordering a portion of the subscription), and enter the corresponding number in the quantity field.
