About Customer Management in the Web Interface

This topic lists the Customer Management application functions that are supported and unsupported in the Aptify web interface.

Supported Functions

The following Customer Management application functions are supported in the Aptify web interface, broken down by release.

ReleaseSupported Functions
Aptify 5.5.5
  • Create, open, and edit the following:
    • Persons

When creating a new Persons record, if Primary Function is selected from the drop-down, the corresponding function in the multi-entity grid is not automatically selected. So, it is not saved as a function sub type record when Person record is saved. If you manually select the corresponding function in the multi-entity grid, it can be saved as a function sub type record.

The Aptify web interface provides a summary form by default for Companies and Persons records. The summary forms provide an overview of the information in the full record, and give a timeline of the relationship of your organization and the person or company. See About the Persons Summary Form and About the Companies Summary Form for more information. The summary forms can be disabled by following the procedure in Disabling the Summary Forms for Persons and Companies. The summary forms are not available in the Aptify Desktop client.
