Aptify 5.5.5

  • Creating a List View: The creation of list views is supported. See Using Views in the Web Interface for more details about the list view creation functionality.
  • Paging: Paging for list views is supported. However, the paging settings can only be viewed in the web interface. The paging settings for a view can only be modified using the Desktop client.

Clicking the arrow displays the list of hierarchies. Clicking the heading of one of the hierarchies opens the sub-view and displays the records related to the top-level record via the selected hierarchy.
  • List View Captions: List view captions are supported for both stand-alone views and views that are part of a dashboard.
  • Prompted List Views: Prompted list views are accessible in the Aptify web interface. See About Prompted Views in the Web Interface for more information about the implementation of prompted views.
  • Grouping: This feature has limited support. Grouping must be configured for a view through the Aptify Desktop client.
  • List view toolbar options: The Aptify web interface list view toolbar includes many of the same options available in the corresponding Desktop client toolbar. However, not all options are implemented. Features that are not supported in this release are not part of the Aptify toolbar. • Creating a List View: The creation of list views is supported. See Using Views in the Web Interface for more details about the list view creation functionality.
  • Paging (version 5.5.1 and up): This release supports paging for list views, however the paging for Aptify is not controlled by the same settings used in the Aptify Desktop client (i.e., under View Properties > Paging tab), but rather via the value set in the items per page drop-down in Aptify. You can also navigate using the arrows or clicking a particular page at the bottom of the view to move between pages.
    • Note that in version 5.5.1, that if you close and re-open the view, the paging is not retained and will revert to the default (25)
    • Administrators can configure the default value (10, 25, 50 or 100). See the "Configuring Aptify Web Behavior" section of the Implementation chapter of the Aptify Web Implementation Guide for more details.
