- Membership Button Bar: The top left side of the Membership Director's main dashboard contains a button bar with the following buttons:
- Membership Retention: Click this button to load the profile's Membership application dashboard, which provides access to information about people whose memberships are nearing expiration and former members. See About the Membership Director Subscribed Applications for details.
- Membership Enrollment: Click this button to launch the New Membership Wizard. See Using the Membership Enrollment Wizard for details.
- Membership Orders: Click this button to load the profile's Order Entry application dashboard, which provides access to information about recent membership orders, current campaigns, and membership types. See Membership Director's Order Entry Application for details.
- New Person: Click this button to open a new Persons record to add a new person to Aptify.
- New Company: Click this button to open a new Companies record to add a new company to Aptify.
- Most Recently Used Items: This part displays the user's most recently used records and views. See Using the "Desktop Client Most Recently Used Dashboard" section in the Desktop chapter of the Aptify 5.5 User Guide for for details. Note that this item is collapsed by default but a user can expand and collapse dashboard parts as needed using the caption button (click the plus sign to expand and the minus sign to collapse).
- Active Membership Count: A column chart that displays the number of active members for each membership type. The view defines a membership status based on the End Date in the corresponding Dues-based Subscriptions record.
- My Recent Contact Log Activity: A list view that displays the Contact Logs that the current user created over the past 30 days. Note that this view is collapsed by default but a user can expand and collapse dashboard parts as needed using the caption button (click the plus sign to expand and the minus sign to collapse).
- Current Committees: This list view displays information about the organization's active committees. The view includes a hierarchy sub-view of Committee Terms for each displayed committee, which in turn includes its own sub-view of Committee Term Members.
