Please perform the following steps to resolve this issue:

  1. Navigate to the folder that contains the installation zip file.
  2. Right-click the zip file, and select Properties.
  3. Near the bottom of the Properties, in the Security section, you should see a message that the file has been blocked:
    Image Modified
  4. Click Unblock, then click OK.
  5. Once you have unblocked the file, repeat the installation process.
