Users can save the current contents of a message as a message part that can be added to other bulk messages in the future. Follow these steps to save the current message as a reusable Message Part:
- Compose a message in the Aptify Messaging form. The message can include other parts and fields.
- Select Save Part As... from the File menu.
- Select the folder/category where you want to store the message part.
- Enter a name in the Save Part As field and enter a Description.
- Click Save to save the message part.Note: By default, a message part is accessible to all users for all message sources. However, your system adminis-trator can configure the part so that it is available to certain users. See the Message Parts section of the "Bulk Messaging Configuration" chapter in the Aptify Administration Guide for details. Note that the Save Part option is reserved for future use.
