The Companies service supports the following wizards, which can be launched from a Companies view's toolbar:

Company -Wizards

  • Bulk Orders Wizard: This wizard generates an order for a particular set of products for each company selected in the view. See the Using the Bulk Order Wizard section in the Aptify Order Entry Guide for details.

  • Add to Campaign: This wizard adds companies to a campaign's prospect list. See the Adding Prospects with the Add to Campaign -Wizard section in the "Campaigns and -Prospects" chapter of the Aptify Campaign Management Guide for details.

  • Account Manager Transfer Wizard: This wizard automates the process of changing account manager for one or more companies. See "Using the Account Manager Transfer Wizard".

  • New Company Wizard: This wizard walks a user through the process of creating a new Companies record. See "Using the New Company Wizard".
