Message Schedule Templates records specify the message template used for the Message Schedule. These records appear on the Message Schedule record's Templates Tab. See Tab Control Input Map Tab for more information.

Comments Tab

The Comments tab stores any optional comments concerning the Message Schedule Templates record.

General Tab

Message Template (Required)

The name of the Message Template that will be used for the Message Schedule. This field links to the Message Template service.

Weight

The weighted value the Message Template. If a user selects Weighted for the Template Selection Mode, then the process flow selects a template at random but selects templates with a higher weight more frequently than those with a lower weight. Weight values must be between 1 and 100. For best results, the sum of the individual Message Schedule Template record's weight should equal 100 for this Message Schedule.
