The Local Strings record is used to translate a Culture String for a specified culture. See Culture Strings Form for more information.

Culture (required)
The culture to which this local string applies. This field links to the Cultures service.
Local String (required)
The translation of the Culture String's Base String for the specified Culture.
Comments
Optional comments concerning this record.
