Follow these steps to mark a single order as shipped directly on the Orders record:

  1. Create or open a view of the Orders service that contains the order that you want to mark as shipped.
  2. Specify any applicable shipping information on the Shipping tab or on the applicable Order Shipments records. See "Recording Shipping Information and Overriding Charges" on page 176 for details.
  3. In the Summary area of the Orders record, change the Order Status from Taken to Shipped.

    • Aptify prompts you to confirm that all of the items in the order have shipped.

  4. Click Yes to confirm that all items have shipped.
  5. Close the Orders record.
