- Selections made on a Topic Codes tab are saved when a user closes the record, even if the user closes the record without saving.
- When a user selects a topic code and saves or closes a record, Aptify automatically -creates a Topic Code Links record that links the topic code to the specified record.
- For Multiple Choice, Numeric, and Text codes, the contents of the text field are saved as the Topic Code Link's Value.
- When a user removes the check mark from a topic and saves or closes the record, Aptify changes the status of the corresponding Topic Code Links record to Inactive (it does not delete the record).
