The Companies service (part of the Customer Management application) contains the following sample view types:

List Views
The following sample shared list views are contained within the Companies service:

All Companies
The All Companies view displays all companies currently in the system with each company's contact information.
Active Members
The Active Members view lists all active members based on the Member Type and Dues Paid Thru fields on the Companys record.
Active Members Near Expiration
The Active Members Near Expiration view displays the member companies whose membership will expire within the next 90 days (based on the company's Dues Paid Thru date). This is a hierarchal view that also displays a company's associated Persons and Subscriptions.
Company Hierarchy
The Company Hierarchy view lists companies and each company's subsidiaries in a hierarchical view.
Company Lookup
The Company Lookup view is a prompted view to locate Companies based on Name. When prompted, start to enter the name of the Company (the full name is not necessary) and click OK to load the view.
Companies Modified Last 24 Hours
The Companies Modified Last 24 Hours view displays all Companies records that were recently modified (within the last 24 hours).
Companies w/Orders Last 12 Months
The Companies w/Orders Last 12 Months view lists all companies who placed orders within the last 12 months.
Prior Customer, Not In Last 12 Months
The Prior Customer, Not In Last 12 Months view lists all companies that have placed orders in the past but not within the last 12 months.

Average Revenue/Member By Country
The Average Revenue/Member By Country chart view is a bar chart of a sub-set of countries and the average revenue for companies in those countries. When you select an item in the chart the By Revenue Category (Page 127) pivot table loads.
Avg. Rev. Per Member By Country (Drill Down)
The Average Revenue Per Member By Country (Drill Down) column chart view displays the average company revenue by country. Clicking a column in this view opens the By Rev. Category/Co. Type (Page 128) pivot table for the selected Country's companies.
Avg. Rev. Per Member By Country (Western Europe)
The Average Revenue Per Member By Country column chart is a graphical representation of the average company revenue by only Western European Countries. Clicking a column in this view opens the By Rev. Category/Co. Type (Page 128) pivot table for a country's Companies.
By Join Year/Member Type
The By Join Year/Member Type line chart is a graphical representation that displays members grouped by their respective join year.
By Member Type
The Count By Member Type chart view is a 3-D pie chart that groups companies by member type.
By Revenue Category/Company Type
The By Revenue Category/Company Type view is a Doughnut chart that displays the number of companies by company type and revenue category.
Count By Company Type (Pie Chart)
The Count By Company Type chart view is a 3-D pie chart of companies grouped by company type. Clicking one of the areas within the chart opens the Avg. Rev. Per Member By Country (Drill Down) (Page 119) column chart for the selected company type.
Members By Country (Pie Chart)
The Members By Country chart view is a Pie Chart that shows a breakdown of member companies (Member Type of Corporate Member) broken down by their country.
Members By Country/State
The Members By Country/State chart view is a stacked bar graph of corporate members broken down by Country and then State.
New Members By Qtr/Year
The New Members By Qtr/Year column chart displays the number of new corporate members who joined the organization by quarter and year.
Pivot Table Views

The By Revenue Category pivot table displays companies grouped by revenue, revenue category, and Company Type.

The By Revenue Category/Co. Type pivot table groups companies by company type and revenue category (revenue category is sorted in descending order).
Companies w/Active Committee Participation
The Companies w/Active Committee Participation pivot table lists companies that are linked to a person who is a member of a committee term with active committee participation.
Top 10 Customers By Revenue, Last 12 Months
The Top 10 Customers - Last 12 Months pivot tables shows the top 10 customers in terms of sales for the last 12 months.
Top 10 Customers By Revenue Overall
The Top 10 Customers Overall pivot table shows the top ten customers in terms of sales over the history of the system to date.

The Calendar of Member Expirations is a calendar view that shows all upcoming member expirations based on the member's Dues Paid Through date.
