The Aptify Community Site provides the ability to be part of discussions, access Aptify documentation and e-Learning videos, and connect with other organizations. To facilitate engagement with this portal, Aptify includes the Community Site Integration button which can create a community site account for you (if you don't already have one) or launch the Aptify Community Site with your site credentials directly from the Aptify browser.

Keep in mind the following when connecting to the Community Site through Aptify:

• Email Address is Case Sensitive: The email address must match, including case, the email address that you specified for the Aptify Community Site (which is your user name).

• Email Address Must Match Address in Persons Record: The email address of the Persons record tied to your Aptify user must match the email address that you specified for the Aptify Community Site.
