Accounting Tab Reports

The Accounting tab contains the following Products service reports:

• Inventory Average Cost Report Report
• Inventory Valuation As Of Report
• Product Fixed Cost Report
• Products and GL Accounts Report
• Product Inventory Cross Tab Report

Inventory Average Cost Report

The Inventory Average Cost Report generates information about a product's current inventory valuation based on the number of units on hand and the product's current average cost. To use this report, create a view that contains one or more products that track inventory using the Average Cost method. Then, run this report for the view to display the quantity on hand, current average cost, and current inventory value (average cost times quantity on hand) for each product.

Inventory Valuation As Of Report

The Inventory Valuation As Of report displays inventory information for products in the source view. This report is applicable for LIFO and FIFO based products. When running the report enter the date in the prompt and click OK. This report displays the Product Name, Quantity, Cost, and Extended Cost as of the date specified. For each product, the quantity, cost, and extended cost is further broken down based on Product Inventory Ledger entries.

Product Fixed Cost Report

The Product Fixed Cost report displays the products Cost Type, Forecast Amount, Actual Amount, and Variance Amount. This data is derived from the Product's records Accounting > Cost sub tab.

Products and GL Accounts Report

The Product/GL report displays all products in the current view with their associated general ledger (GL) accounts.

Product Inventory Cross Tab Report

The Product Inventory Cross Tab report displays the number of units stored for each inventory location for the products in the source view.

Publications Tab Report

The Publications tab contains the following report:

Publishers Commission Report

The Publishers Commission report generates a list of Publication Products and the number of units sold of each.
