Setting Up a Cancellation Fee on a Per Product Basis

In Aptify, to specify a cancellation fee on a per product basis, a user specifies a Cancellation Fee Product on the Pricing > Settings tab of a Products record. By using this cancellation fee method, a product administrator can utilize pricing rules and other pricing options to determine how cancellation fees are calculated for certain products. If an order is cancelled that contains a product with an associated cancellation fee product (either manually or through the Order Cancellation Wizard), the cancellation fee product and the amount of the fee is added automatically to the cancellation order as a separate order line as shown in tthe figure below.
