About the Application Management Services

Aptify includes several application-related services that store information related to Application management. These services, which are found in the Aptify Framework Administration application, include the following:

• Applications: This service stores the applications that are available to Aptify users. Applications group related services together under a single heading. Also, each application has an associated dashboard which an administrator can configure as necessary.
• Application Entities: This service determines the entities that appear under each application.
• Application Users: This service tracks the applications to which the user has subscribed. The system automatically creates an Application Users record each time a user adds an application to his or her profile.
• Application User Entities: This service tracks the services to which the user has subscribed. The system automatically creates an Application User Entities record each time a user adds a service to his or her profile.
