Navigating the Topic Codes Tab

A Topic Codes tab includes the following sub-tabs:

If a particular service does not have a Topic Codes tab, you can add one yourself using the Form Template Tab wizard. See Using the Form Template Tab Wizard for more information.

Browse By Category

This tab displays all topic codes associated with the current service and offers the following features:

  • Topics are sorted using the category hierarchy. To see sub-topics, select the topic code category link to view its related sub-topics, if any exist.
  • If there are no sub-topics associated with the top-level topic code, a message displays.
  • The tab includes the Check All and Un-Check All buttons, which you can use to select or unselect all of the currently displayed topic codes. Note that these buttons only apply to the current level, not all available topic code levels.

All Selected Topics

The All Selected Topics tab lists all of the topic codes currently selected for the record, including top level topics and their subsidiaries.
