Configuring Process Flow

Before proceeding, we need to configure and enable the process flows as given below:

Career Activity Import Process Flow

Setting Start and End Dates

An Administrator must define the Start and End Dates in the Input Properties of the Career Activity Import process flow to run a task automatically for importing the career activities from YM careers into Aptify AMS system. The Career Activity Import Process Flow can also be executed manually in case of some exceptions like, Scheduled Task failed to run or requirement to run the scheduled task for a particular day. Career Activity Retrieval Process

Setting Log

An Administrator must define the Report Output Location in the Input Properties of the Career Activity Retrieval process flow to run task automatically for logging process detail, in case if it get fails because of logging error.
