Committees Management for e-Business 7.0

Organizations frequently assemble committees to focus on specific tasks or events. The committee may be designed to perform a single function for a brief period, such as organizing a corporate event, or it may be a long-term project that operates indefinitely. e-Business 7.0 introduces the Committees Management feature as a menu option on the landing page for all the logged in users. Committees Management functionality provides below options:

  • My Committees

  • Committees Listing

  • Committee Term (General and Members)

My Committees option provides the ability of listing down the member’s current, past, and future committees under My Committees page, while the Committee Listing page displays, all Active committees. Navigate to the Committees Term page through the My Committees page.

Follow the instructions below to view the above pages:

  1. Log in to the e-Business 7.0 website using the user credentials.

  2. On the menu bar, click Committees drop-down button to view My Committees and Committee Listing options.

To view the information on My Committees page:

  1. Select My Committees option from the Committees drop-down to proceed to the My Committees page. This page displays the committee terms of all the committees associated with the logged in user. My Committees page has four tabs to display various categories of committees namely All, Current, Past, and Future. By default, All tab is selected which lists the current, past and future committees together.

  2. Browse through the committees list with the search text box at the top right corner of the page or use the Sort By radio button to filter the committees list by Name, Term and Title options.

  3. Click committee name to go to the Committee Term page, this page displays information associated with the selected committee term and members. The page consists of two tabs namely General and Members.

  4. Click General tab to get the Information associated with the selected committee term.

  5. Click Members tab to get the information regarding the members that are associated with the Committee Term.

To view the information on Committee Listing page:

  1. Select Committee Listing option from the Committees drop-down to proceed to the Committee Listing page. This page displays Name, Description, Goals, and Date Founded details of all the active committees that are formed for a given association.

  2. Browse through the committees with the search text box at the top right corner of the page or use the Sort By radio button to filter the committees by Name and Date Founded options.
