Follow these steps to import reservation details, such as confirmation numbers, from a file supplied by a participating hotel:
- Click the Housing Import Wizard button to launch the wizard.
- Select the Housing Transfer Type that the wizard will use to import the file.
Select Import Transfer Type
- Click Next.
- Select the location and name of the file that you want to import into Aptify.
- Hold down the CTRL or SHIFT key to select multiple files.
Identify Location of Import File 
- Click Finish.
- The wizard imports the information from the file and updates the appropriate housing reservation details, such as the confirmation number.
