A user can launch the following wizards from a view of the Payments service (from left to right):
- Create Payment Batch Wizardwizard: See the " Creating General Ledger Batches in the Desktop Client or Creating General Ledger Batches " section in the "Batching Orders, Payments, and Scheduled Transactions chapter of the Aptify 5.5 Accounting and Financial Systems Integration Guide for in the Web Interface for information on using this wizard.
- Since creating batches requires permission to perform accounting processes, the Create Payment Batch wizard is only available to users with accounting privileges (i.e., members of the Accounting group in the default Aptify system). If you are not a member of the accounting group, the wizard will not appear in the view's toolbar. If you need access to accounting processes and procedures, see the User and Group Administration chapter of the Aptify Administration Guide or Granting Permissions to Aptify Applications or contact your administrator for assistance.
