Class Registrations record are generated automatically by the Aptify Order Entry system or by the Class Registration wizard to keep track of students who have registered for a class. Attachments Tab

Attach any documents relevant to this class registration on the Attachments tab.

Comments Tab

Enter any comments associated with this registration. The Class Registration Wizard Methodwizard's prerequisite check functionality automatically adds information to this tab concerning the registration process when a record is created.

Student (required)

Enter the name of the student who is registering for the class. This field links to the Persons service.

This field displays the ID of the Order for the class registration. Depending on the method used, either the specified Order created this Class Registrations record or this The specified Order creates the Class Registrations record (via the Class Registration wizard) created the Order. Instructors Notes Tab

The Part Status tab lists all Course Parts records related to the Class Registrations record and can track the student's current progress. See About the Class Registration Part Status Form for Aptify LMS.

Payment Tab

The The Payment tab  tab lists the payment information for the Class Registrations record. This is the payment information the deprecated Class Registration Wizard Method wizard uses to pay for the order that it creates for the class registration. See the "See Enrolling a Student with the Class Registration Wizard" section of the Aptify 5.5 Education Management Guide for more information.

Note that the the Payments tab  tab is disabled if the specified Class is linked to a product with a Product Type of Class (that is, a class that uses the Class Product Order Method)a Product Type of Class or Meeting.

Student Notes Tab

If a student can access class information over an e-Business website, any notes the student adds on-line are stored on this tab.
