Creating Class Registrations from an Order

In Aptify, an organization can register students for a class by creating an order for a Class product.

Prior to Aptify version 5.0, class registration was performed using the Class Registration wizard. This functionality is deprecated as of Aptify 5.0.

Note to Administrators: Though no longer the preferred method, the Class Registration wizard is still available in Aptify for backwards compatibility purposes. If your organization has created processes using the Class Registration wizard and you wish to continue to use this method, see Enabling the Class Registration Wizard. See Enrolling a Student with the Class Registration Wizard for more information on using the wizard for this process. This method cannot be used in conjunction with the method to create class registrations from an order.

The Aptify Bulk Order wizard does not support Class Products. Therefore, you cannot use that wizard to generate registration for class type classes, but it does work for meeting type classes.
